The wooden sculptures of queens and kings, which the artist Ralf Knoblauch creates for special situations, places and people and which are intended to speak of the dignity of every human being, find their way into the Paulus-Haus in Jerusalem. In May and June 2023, some of his sculptures will be on display with us, along with images of the people they are dedicated to.

We place the exhibition under Psalm verse 8:4-5:
What is man, that you think of him? The son of man, that you care for him?
For you have made him a little lower than God, And crowned him with glory and honor.

For over a hundred years we offer travelers a hospitable place to visit Jerusalem and its holy sites. Our house, with its serene atmosphere in a lavish historic setting, is itself a part of Jerusalem's history. Located directly at the Damascus Gate of the Old City, with its colorful oriental life, you can reach the memorial sites of the three major world religions in a few minutes on foot.
